Store Policies Hobby Collection offers the following Returns Policy:Non-Receipt / Defective GOODS : (1) All defective items (unless self broken or not buying from Hobby Collection) could be returned to us upon purchase within 21 days, and we could send out the new one for you. Buyers must bear the shipment fees from their local cities to Hong Kong.All Buyers bear the shipment costs for returning or damaged items. And report of defects should be received within 7 days upon arrival of item. (2) Please send us email info@hobbycollection.net if you do not receive your goods within 21 working days. We will then either issue refund (insurance fees cannot be refunded in this case). We really hope no negative or paypal dispute before any email communication.
