About Instock/ Backorder :

The number that showed at Instock means the stock we have in Hobby Collection now. For Back order's item , it might need about 3 days - 2weeks time to be collected
The stock status of items at our store is updated regularly during business hours. There may be some cases where the stock status displayed on our website does not match our available stock and items that are shown on our website as available may actuality be sold out. Customers will be contacted if this occurs.

TERMS of SALE :

Pre-order is not allowed cancellation
(1) The item will be shipped within 30 days or right after it is released.
(2) The release scheduled date is postponed sometimes. Estimated release dates on pre-ordered merchandise are subject to change (by the MFY and/or distributors).
(3) we would allocate the items on a first-come-first-served basis for the sake of fairness.
(4) Pre-order is not allowed cancellation. All returns/order cancellations will result in a minimum 15%cancellation/restocking fee.

Shipment :

(1) We ship by Hong Kong Post :1st Class Air Mail via Registered Post (no online tracking provided) - 14-20 working days to reach destination. We could upgrade the shipments to GLOBAL EMS (with online tracking):5-7 working days to reach destination. UPS or Fedex is available upon further request.

(2) Item will be packed in a cartoon box/bubble paper and item will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon receiving of payments.

(3) Shipment Fees: For details, please follow the ebay listing page instruction. Shipment fees including all necessary packing materials / handling fees / package costs.

(4) Shipping insurance is required for each mechandise.

(5) We do not provide combine of shipment fees for computer related items/mp3,mp4 player/led products except toyz.

(6) Sometimes the custom checks (especially Canada/German/Belgium) at the auction winner country takes longer time and this will delay the local delivery.

(7) We do not guarantee tax free shipment but we will do our best to declare low value from custom forms to avoid custom VATs or tax from the European cities. Any extra tax will be beared by the buyers (which is not so rare to be happened).

(8) No LOCAL PICK-UP services provided

(4) Western Union: Western Union allows you to transfer money worldwide, from literally any place. As it is a bit more pricy compared to other payment options, it is only recommended if you do not have any other means of payment.

(5) Wire (Telegraphic) Transfer (T/T):

Customers from countries where PayPal is not yet available can wire transfer money to our bank account in Hong Kong dollars or U.S. dollars.
